High winds had stripped several asphalt shingles off the windward side of this residential property. We performed a targeted replacement to integrate new shingles seamlessly with the existing roof.
Rather than pushing for a costly full roof replacement, we color-matched the missing segments, ensured the underlying weather barrier was still intact, and fastened the new shingles with durable, weather-resistant nails appropriate for local freeze-thaw cycles.
