The property owner experienced a slow but persistent leak appearing on a bathroom ceiling. Our inspection revealed the rubber boot and metal flashing surrounding the exhaust vent pipe had deteriorated due to sun exposure and freezing temperatures.
We carefully lifted the surrounding shingles, removed the cracked flashing elements, and installed a heavy-duty replacement boot. Everything was locked down with premium roofing sealant to guarantee a watertight fit for years to come.
